Lehim - manga project (personal project)

The 25 pages inked that introduce the story of one of my academic projects, with character designs andand the drafts.

PLOT:

At an unspecified time, the earth was hit by a catastrophe that destroyed all the cities of the globe. In no time the human race became extinct, but a new cycle was activated. although the world was becoming habitable again others, unfortunately the new environmental conditions did not favor the evolution of organisms which, subsequently, destined for the possibility of the human race to return to earth. One day something unusual happened, something emerged from the bowels of the earth, there is no other information, but it was called "the thing". From what came 6 humans who according to beliefs were the founders of the new human race. The story, however, became legend and the legend myth and then became a mere fairy tale. Over the course of the several religious cults were formed that took up this story, but the book that contained the truth about the world was lost for centuries, others that it was burned, others that it was hidden, but no one has concrete evidence. The story will follow the story of Lehim, a boy apparently connected to the thing.
